The Ertefaa Pulse pilot is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement designed to produce a defensible operational baseline over ninety days. Installation is non-invasive and is completed in the first week; the dashboard goes live the same afternoon; the General Manager receives a weekly Availability and Energy summary throughout the program, and a fuller monthly review at the close of months one and two. A four-hour engagement on-site with the General Manager. Four candidate machines are jointly identified, cabinet access is verified, and the shift schedule for measurement is documented. Approximately half a day per electrical cabinet. Current transformers are clamped around live conductors; no cabling is cut and no machine is taken out of service. Eleven weeks of continuous current measurement across the four machines. The General Manager receives a weekly Availability and Energy summary; a fuller monthly review is held on-site at the end of months one and two.
